,灵芝属高温性菌类,在15～35℃之间均能生长,适温为25～30℃。子实体在10～32℃的范围内均能生长,但原基分化和子实体发育的最适温度为25～28℃。低于25℃,子实体生长缓慢,皮壳色泽也差；高于35℃,子实体会死亡。灵芝生长需要较高的湿度。随着昼夜温差的增大,菌丝长满袋的时间延长。
灵芝是好气性真菌,它的整个生长发育过程中都需要新鲜的空气。尤其是子实体生长发育阶段,对二氧化碳更为敏感。当空气中二氧化碳含量增至0.1%时,子实体就不能开伞,长成鹿角状分枝,含量达1%时,子实体发育极不正常,无任何组织分化,形成畸形。
