CNCA NO.---LOADING CERTIFICATES (also known as Waiver / ARC / CNCA Certificate)---ANGOLA

Angolan law requires that all cargo purchased abroad for import to Angola has a Loading Certificate. The party administrating this law is the Angolan National Shipper's Council also referred to as CNCA (Conselho Nacional de Carregadores).
ARC number is a ten digit number XXXXXXXXXX
For countries that does not have a local CNCA agent the shipper can either obtain the certificate from the SAN LIAN HONG KONG
安哥拉政府规定，凡是海运进口到本国的任何货物都必须办理CNCA 号码（CONSELHO NACIONAL DE CARREGADORES DE Angola）船运证书，CNCA Number需要显示在提单上，在给船公司提供提单样本的同时需提供CNCA Number。不提供CNCA Number无法正常签发提单。若不提供或者提供错误的CNCA Number所导致的在目的港扣箱、罚金等后果，客户自负。
