风力发电基础底座模板是一种异形的钢模板,它主要是通过底座基础模具生产的预制块一般在在风力发电的时候、电线杆底部部位使用。风机基础钢模板选用优质加厚钢板焊接成型,加筋板固定,加强模板硬度,提高模板使用率,风机基础钢模板结构为组合式,拆模简单,工人操作方便。

风力发电机能够固定在地面上靠的是使用风力发电基础底座模具浇筑出来是水泥底座,依靠体积重量巨大的水泥底座来支撑大型风力发电机正常平稳运行。风力发电底座需要使用弧形钢板将整个基础围住,在圈中放入钢筋并灌入混凝土。基础底座模具的作用就是防止混凝土漏出和固型。

不同型号的风力发电机会使用到不同尺寸型号的弧形钢板,一般来说规格越大的机器需要越大的底座。因为规格太大所以钢模板都是拼装而成,叠加到一起直接运输到施工场地进行安装。通常使用4mm厚钢板加上5*5mm勒紧才可以保证模板不会变形,一套风电基础底座模具需要外围一个大圈加上内部一个小圈。浇筑完毕待到混凝土凝固后钢模板就可撤走,并把外围混凝土埋在地下,上层安装风力发电机。
