如果需要进行维修的话可以先将防撞墙模具拆开，检测有没有变形或者是生锈的问题，然后先来进行除锈将生锈的位置进行打磨，当然这一项工作是需要在模具工厂中进行处理的，但是只要使用得当的话钢模板是不容易出现生锈情况。将清洁干净的模板用刷子把保护剂和舒缓反应剂涂刷在表面，可以用塑料薄膜来进行覆盖保护，合理的储存模板是可以减缓模板的老化问题，储存防撞墙模具的环境要做到通风干燥，每个星期都要来进行仓库的整理，将模具重新涂刷保护剂存放。
