每台STR软起动器在出厂调试时显示电流值均已校准。若用户在使用过程中发现键盘显示电流值和实际电流有误差时，可进行二次校准。 方法1：起动模式置于点动，给电机加上适当的负载，点动初始电压设置在40%以下，按下RUN键并保持 （电机进入点动运行状态），同时按下PRG键，这时可通过修改键盘显示的电流值，使该值和实际电流保持一致，修正后即可松开RUN和PRG键，修正后的电流参数将会自动保存。 情况允许时，也可采用下面的方法2。 方法2：在旁路运行工作状态下，按RUN+或者按RUN+修改键盘显示的电流值，使其与实际电流保持一 致。

STR软起动器有11种保护功能。当软起动器故障保护功能动作时，软起动器立即停机，操作键盘显示故障保护代码，用户可根据代码所对应的故障原因进行分析处理。在故障排除后，可通过外控“复位端子RET”或者键盘盒上的按键“STOP”（注：保持3秒）进行复位。使软起动器回到起动准备状态，详见表12-1。
STR soft starter has 11 kinds of protection function. When the soft starter fault protection function moves, the soft starter stops immediately, the operation keyboard displays the fault protection code, and the user can analyze and deal with the corresponding fault reason according to the code. After troubleshooting, it can be reset by external control "reset terminal RET" or "STOP" on keyboard box (Note: hold 3 seconds). Make the soft starter return to the starting state, see table 12-1.
