The design and application of food-grade carbon dioxide refining device is based on the food-grade liquid carbon dioxide, which is refined and purified by multi-stage series distillation and other links to obtain high-purity electronic-grade liquid carbon dioxide. The device is skid mounted and smaller area , lower installation cost and lower investment cost, which are widely used in industrial gas users.
