用途：主要用于内衣一件围产品的定型生产。
特点：
(1) KV-90B一件围定型机，是我司结合内衣产品市场需求的基础上对传统罩杯定型机的生产工艺进行改进研制而成的。该系列机型利用一次成型技术，在加工中经过两道模杯成型工序，大大地减少了产品加工步骤，降低了内衣胸罩整个产品的流程制造成本，可满足不同模杯生产厂家对内衣流行款式的生产需求。
(2) 配套模具采用CNC电脑锣加工，厚薄均匀，质感优良，精确度高。
(3) 采用一次性成型技术，减少罩杯与成品之间的加工环节，节约流程制造成本。
(4) 罩杯产品具备外形美观，透气舒适的特点。

Function: It is mainly used for molding one piece bras.
Features:
(1) According to the demand of the bra market, this machine is designed and developed on the basic of the improvement of the traditional bra cup molding machine in the processing technique. It adopts the one time molding technology and two molding procedures which can decrease the job steps and cut down the cost of the bra production processing to meet various bra cup molding manufacturers’ needs for the latest fashion.
(2) The complete molds adopt the CNC computer gong, so the products have been thickness and good texture and high precision.
(3) Adopting the one-time molding technology, it can reduce the process between the moulds and finished goods and save the costs of producing.
(4) The finished goods have the features: delicate and ventilate and comfortable.
