The Blue Angel is only awarded tothe best products in each category. The scientifically substantiateddevelopment of the award criteria is carried out by the Federal EnvironmentAgency. The requirements are then discussed and agreed in a broad-based processincluding all socially relevant groups such as representatives from industry orconsumer and environmental associations.
