Description: The is a low profile module designed specifically for heart rate measurement
purposes. It consists for four discrete light emitting diodes and a photodiode detector IC optically isolated
by light barriers to eliminate cross talk. The photodiode detector IC features an IR block photodiode
connected to a current amplifier that outputs an amplified current linearly related to the photodiode current.
This integrated module will create a low-noise output current for external analog signal processor to
generate accurate hear rate signals.
Four independent LEDs are provided for external drivers to enable different driving configurations in pair or
any combination to achieve more accurate measurement or to implement different functions of a
biosensoto implement different functions of a biosensor.
