滚压复合机分两种一种垫片式的一种可调式的。
滚压复合机的工作原理是：
通过一对硬质材料滚花开齿刀具，在铝合金型材穿入隔热条的槽口部分进行滚齿，增加铝材与隔热条的接触强度。
采用变频调速，进行滚齿，速度无级调速控制。
传动方式，驱动马达+铝合金外壳蜗轮蜗杆减速器+主轴箱体带动开齿刀实现精确开齿。
可实现全自动化开齿穿条操作。 整机喷塑，美观耐用。
By a pair of hard mouth opening tool, the gear rolling can be achieved at the groove where the aluminum alloy material has penetrate the thermal insulation part. In this way, the contact strength between aluminum material and thermal insulation part can be enhanced.
